Reports to: Deputy Director for Content

The Pennsylvania Democratic Party and Harris for President are hiring a Digital Partnerships Associate to support Pennsylvania’s in-state influencer engagement program.

The Digital Partnerships Associate will report to the Content Partnerships and Influencer Engagement Manager and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of engaging content creators and influencers in support of the Harris-Walz ticket in Pennsylvania.

In this position you will:

  • Identify in-state influencer engagement opportunities for the campaign

  • Contribute creative engagement ideas and suggest opportunities for the campaign to work with creators

  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer content performance and strategize on how to maximize reach and engagement

  • Assist with influencer events, both in-person and virtually, to increase visibility for the campaign

  • Organize and update influencer contact lists, ensuring accurate information and ongoing communication

  • Assist in drafting influencer briefs and partnership opportunities

Top things we’re looking for:

  • Strong commitment to Democratic politics and ideals and enthusiasm for electing Kamala Harris and Democrats up and down the ballot;

  • 1+ years of experience working on/in political campaigns, community organizing, government or related fields (ideally in a digital capacity)

  • Interest in working with content creators and leveraging creator platforms to mobilize voters

  • Has an understanding of social media and the digital landscape for political campaigns

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities (with an emphasis on attention to detail)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment.

  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

This role is a full time, in person role located in Philadelphia.
