The 2020 Pennsylvania Democratic Coordinated Campaign is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and talented Democrats. The PA Coordinated Campaign will play a critical role in electing a Democrat to the White House, re-electing Attorney General Shapiro and Treasurer Torsella, and electing Democrats down-ticket, including U.S. House and State Legislative districts across the Commonwealth.

Regional Field Director

Department: Field
Location: , PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of organizers to recruit, train and manage volunteers; hold organizers accountable to metric goals

  • Develop regional organizing plans that reflect unique realities of the region and are consistent with the statewide field plan

  • Build and maintain political relationships with local leaders; leverage capacity from local groups

  • Consistently meet daily and weekly metric goals; ensure data quality within the region

  • Build a strong and supportive team culture

  • Execute digital organizing and tech plans

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 cycles of competitive campaign organizing experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills; strong sense of self-awareness

  • Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented

  • Comfortable with managing from metrics

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure

  • Working knowledge of VAN/Votebuilder and other campaign technology platforms

  • Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics- driven work environment

  • Has access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation; ability to relocate as necessary

The Regional Organizing Directors will report to the Deputy Organizing Director.
